Operated out of Decorah, IA, we have storage units and housing units available for rent. Our storage units and apartments are both located at 2408 170th Street in Calmar, IA.
We have the following units available for rent:
Storage Units: 10'x22' and 10'x26'
Apartments: 1 BR/1 Bath and 2BR/1 Bath
The apartments are all inclusive, which includes electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal.
